Lotus Flower is one of 12 exclusive villas on the Villa Riva Complex. It is a small, intimate development set amidst tropical, landscaped gardens. It has a small well-equipped gym and large swimming pool and 24 hour security.
The villa has an enviable position directly opposite the swimming pool and the lush, green, countryside beyond. Lotus Flower is a semidetached, light and spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) villa. Both bedrooms are large.
Downstairs is open plan. The front entrance goes into a comfortable lounge which has beautiful teak, hand carved Indian furniture. It has a dining table with 6 chairs, sofa and two armchairs and a chaise longe (Divan). There is a TV and DVD player. The veranda has wicker furniture and faces the swimming pool.
The Lounge leads into a well-equipped kitchen with a cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a carport to the rear of the kitchen. There is also a downstairs toilet.
